Superb movie. Nicholson at his finest.
That said, the rest of the cast were also at the peak of their game (Christopher Lloyd stands out in my mind).
Darkly humorous, but highly dramatic at the same time, this movie hit all the right buttons at the right time!
30+ years later, and its still in a class of its own!
