Not the most well-made film I've ever seen, but an immensely entertaining Western that kept me up later than I should have been on a Thursday night. Marlon Brando is a marvel no matter what he's in, so the mere honor of watching him perform makes a movie worth the time.
He's terrific in this film - subtle, brutal and passionate.
