Review of One Eight Seven (1997) by Athar H — 04 Mar 2009
I guess the teaching society needs more guys as motivated as him. It was a good film, dragging at times, but convincing and very clear in terms of underlying message - the importance of education and proper upbringing.
Simple but true. I didn't like that racial aspect though - are Latino teenagers the only ones with serious social issues? I don't think so. Samuel L. Jackson, however, as good as always.
