The best western ever with all the classic Leone touches & details!!! In a classic tale of revenge, greed & power, we have the mysterious stranger, the ruthless villain, the damsel in distress yet the characters have more depth than that.

The tension is relentless & the direction/pacing so superb that we can sit through ten minutes of three guys waitin for a train & not feel bored at all. A great score tops off this legendary piece of cinema!!
