One of the greatest films of all-time. So many good things going on here. Claudia Cardinale and Jason Robards give excellent performances. Henry Fonda is cast completely out of character and pulls of a top notch job.
The opening scene is epic. The story that unfolds is even better. You won't be spoon fed, you'll have to work for it. But, really, if you haven't seen this, you really, really should. Western fan or not, this movie must land on your screen someday.
