This is pretty much where the EL MARIACHI series jumped the shark. Tried too much to be a modern-day "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly". Ultimately its Johnny Depp's performance as a whacked-out, crooked FBI agent that saves the film.
I mean really- Enrique Iglesias was in the damn thing.
