Review of Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003) by Michaela Ö — 05 Mar 2009
Now the sequel is a different beast. Different better, bigger, more folkloric and way louder. Johnny Depp, Mickey Rourke... and I'll stop there. Plus gratuitous action scenes starring Salma, Enrique Iglesis pulling a terrible Mexican accent, a fat Pedro Armendariz using the verb "chingar" and the Dia de Muertos parade make of this, well, another personal favorite.
