Desperado 2 is an Hollywood action blockbuster sequel to an excellent B-movie from the 90's. Knowing this fact, we can say that it is as good as it can be. El Mariachi has changed. He doesn't smile or act like a child anymore, the death of his loved one has turned him into a taciturn individual.
a commonplace whose we would have gladly do without. Still a good movie, thanks in part to the amazing interpretation of a corrupted CIA agent by the great Johnny Depp.
