Review of Once Upon a Time in Anatolia (2011) by Kevin L — 18 Sep 2012
An excellent film with a brooding and dark aesthetic. Understated yet believable performances matched by a very well constructed script. The dialogue is what Tarantino wishes he could write. Spectacular cinematography and a well pitched story.
It's a kind of short story told over two and a half hours with the beginning and the ending being left up to the audience's interpretation of events.
