Review of Once Upon a Time in America (1984) by Delol S — 12 Mar 2012
I can't even begin to explain how beautiful and inspiring this film is, and how proud I am to be an American after watching it. The embodiment of do-it-yourself pioneership amongst friend and foes alike is time-honored in this county; our individualism is tantamount in a way that no other nationality personifies.
Tl;dr? This film gets to me more than that Futurama episode with Fry and his dog--Excuse me now, I have to go...I have...I have something in my eye...
