A value fedding movie, based on a true to life story of patsy mcardle. She's a mom of two son, a widow, a drug dealer just to support her family's needs, and for the medication of her youngest son.
And also she's a user, but later on became an fbi asset or something, to save her family's future and her 2 beloved son.
