Review of On The Road (2013) by David F — 07 Apr 2013
The plotless unfolding of 'On the Road' works much less well on the screen than on the page, despite the best efforts of a slew of talented actors, but the period details-old cars, and jazz, and clothes-give this film a strong whiff of authenticity in adapting Kerouac's great Beat novel about the slurping up of experience.
