Review of On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) by Andrew M — 16 Nov 2009
OHMSS is the perfect (and underrated) swansong to what I call the golden age Bond movie saga of the 60s. Why it's so great is what new fresh ideas come into play.
Great Bond, stylish and stunning cinematography, a realistic but fantastical setting since From Russia With Love, and a suspenseful emotional plot unlike previous Bond movies.
