Perhaps the crappiest Segal film in the crap-o-scale, it barely has any conceivable action scenes and Segal spouts his enviromental "knowledge" with seemingly having no actual belief in what he speaks of.
Which just makes it seem as if the film was made to capitalize on the environmental issues of the time.
