Steven Seagal directs and stars in this enviromental action film, also stars Michael Caine.
It's a shame that Seagal did this after the brilliant and successful Under Siege which would of got him to achieve greater fame but then he did this and it didn't help that Under Siege 2 after this wasn't as good as the first film.
No surprise that not many people liked this film because of it's tone and the infamous speech at the end.
Luckily, there are a few fight scenes in this film which were cool which will keep you entertained.
