I mentioned that this had a glimmer of drunken entertainment but I just saw this review again and one-star gives the impression of being irredeemable in any sense so it's been re-rated for a better impression. However, there are better drunken entertainment movies, better Seagal movies and the below still holds true.
Seagal + environmental message = horrible pain of the eyes, ears and the will to be entertained. Of course, you can get drunk...only way.
