After the career high that his previous film 'Under Siege' provided Seagal from this film onwards it has been down hill all the way. Quite how he ended up with a cast that includes Caine, McGinley, Ermey and an early role for Billy Bob Thornton is beyond anyones imagination.
Money is the only logical answer I can come up with. You know your in for a bad time when a star tries to tie an environmental message onto an action flick all the whilst blowing up everything in sight.
If you do insist on watching this make sure you;ve had a few beers first.
