It's a shame that this film came out before White House Down, because the latter is significantly better. Antoine Fuqua seems to think that by adding literally hundreds of on screen deaths, this will somehow become a better movie.
.. and he was wrong. White House Down did have a campier feel to it, but the characters were actually developed and it was actually entertaining... But the worst thing about this movie were the special effects.
.. Wow, this is a multi million dollar film and it looks like it could easily be a SyFy original. The acting is lazy for the caliber of the cast and the direction is sloppy and poorly paced. Bottom line, there is little to like about this film.
.. If you're interested, I'd recommend you see White House Down instead.
