Holy crap this one sucks. Instead of a cast...they just chose pop singers so they could sing the TERRIBLE song. Billy Joel is not an actor, he is not even a voice actor. The story is mediocre and the animation is some of the worst to grace Disney since the low budget package films of the WWII era.
Some of the CG animated stuff in here is okay, but those shots are short and limited, they can't make up for the bulk of it looking like crap. Unlike the few other Disney films set in its contemporary timeframe this one does not come off as timeless, it looks dated and 80s.
..bad 80s. All around skippable.
