Review of Oldboy (2013) by Shaun S — 24 May 2014
Worth a buck from the Redbox, I am glad I did not waste a 10.00 dollar ticket to watch it. It had a good plot with a final twist. There were some stagnation in the early part . Once it started to flow the you are kept interested to find out the final twist in the movie and reason why the main character was imprisoned for twenty years in a mock 1970's motel room.
Some of the acting from the no name supporting was par at best. And part of the movie that was ridiculous was a ten minute unrealistic fight scene that would make the likes of Steven Segal envy. Other then that it was not a bad movie for an evening of staying home while its raining outside.
