This movie is the definition of mediocre. It had some genuinely funny parts, but for the most part the jokes are old and worn out, in fact I think they were old in the 90's. These gags were still funny, but what wasn't funny was how they dragged some of them out for a good fifteen to twenty minutes at a time.
It is always a joy to see Seth Green and Robin Williams back at their old tricks. They could have just used some better material to work with.
