Review of Okja (2017) by Tim M — 28 Aug 2017
'Okja' is throughly enjoyable, despite going in many different directions. There is a moral theme here and several parallels to real life, yet cartoonish to extremes. Beautiful, well acted (except for the bizarre Cage-esque Jake Gyllenhaal) and with purpose, 'Okja' demonstrates how good a movie can be that doesn't follow a standard formula.
