Review of Okja (2017) by Reed618 — 30 Jun 2017
This movie is kind of a hot topic in Seoul these days so I felt I had to watch it. It really impressed me. The story is gripping and well told. Although the main character Mija is often silent her dedication and love for Okja shines through in every scene.
It quickly evolved into a strong tale of friendship. There's a great mixture of humour, drama and some sad moments too. Netflix has a bad track record when it comes to movies in my opinion but I'd highly recommend checking out Okja.
