Review of Of Time and the City (2008) by Philip F — 03 Mar 2011
A unique look at Liverpool told from the viewpoint of director Davies who narrates with quotes, opinions and lots of poetry using his own history as its vocal point. A visual delight from start to finish and inspiring in its use of music to expand the view, it is a rare film that blends art and life.
Entertainment for the soul.
