I've never heard of the books but found the plot of this movie interesting so, I watched it. I found it funny, suspenseful at times and heartfelt with a few twists I never saw coming (even though they were a bit predictable).
I loved the chemistry between the two leads. Overall, it was a very enjoyable movie.
