The story is very superficial but it has its moments - there are very few of them, but when they finally are there, they are effective. The story is told very confusing as it changes much from past to present.
The relationship between the two siblings seems very superficial and they are really missing the spark.
The movie is pretty good to build up an atmosphere - unfortunately, uses the movie the same soundeffects over and over. The movie is very predictable and seems very anti-climatic.
Generally, the characters very superficial and is being played by mediocre actors.
Watch instead:
Sinister, Mama, Insidious,.
