After the bland for your eyes only, this is a much stronger moore 007 movie. even if he's starting to look a little old for all this! still not a patch on many of the others, this is still inventive knockabout bond fun.

plots a little muddled, but many exotic locations, amusing wink wink moments. and more q, which is never a bad thing. and some genuine thrilling set pieces add up to watchable entertainment. shame about the theme song.

all time high has to rank as one of the worst bond themes ever! octopussy is certainly not the worst bond though!
