Preposterous from start to finish, littered with too many gags, in-jokes and exaggerated performances - it's a movie that's hard to love but equally hard to hate. It is at least entertaining but seems to have difficulty deciding it's own tone at times.
Occasionally serious, mostly silly but always fun.
