Review of October Sky (1999) by Steven B — 10 Apr 2010
Funny and inspirational. I dont know if this was a normal reaction, but when I was watching this film I felt inspired to go out there and take control of my life. I felt like a lot of teenagers should be able to relate to this film and the way the main character has to fight to achieve his dream.
Also worth mentioning is that Jake Gyllenhaal and the actor who plays his father are both fantastic in this film. Good cinematography as well.
