As Christian movies go, it was better than most. It had a very real story (as told in the closing credits) that was compelling for those who have been adopted -- particularly out of difficult circumstances.
The story had its holes, but the overall message was worth overlooking them. The movie benefitted from having mostly professional actors which added depth.
