A great remake of a movie I have yet to see...
As a heist film watchable for the whole family as well as for adults only, Ocean Eleven is the best of it's kind. The style fits like a glove for the location of the movie, and the pacing is just about right. There is a lot of well placed humor in the movie that compliments the overall light-hearted feel.
The cast is stellar, and they all seem to be enjoying themselves under the shooting. The set-up follows a typical heist movie structure, but is nonetheless a joy to watch. There is nothing particularly new about this movie, but everything is still done right and with great style. Do not watch this movie looking for any deep thematic meaning or substance, but enjoy it as a fun, light-hearted, stylish heist movie with great chemistry between its lead cast, and you will be having a very good time.
