Welcome to the mall to ronnie's mall that is life is a bitch for mall cop ronnie barnhardt and this is his story of how pissed off he is observe and report tells the story of mall cop named ronnie barnhardt one day at a mall where there 1,000's of people shopping each day until a chubby older pervert comes to the mall and invading female shoppers by flashing them which then ronnie barnhardt comes to save the day until the chubby flasher stranger fellow flashes the girl he loves which is cosemetic salesperson named brandi whom which he falls in love with which then the police try to invade ronnie's story which ronnie gets of course pissed off with the police invading ronnie's case which for whom to save the woman he loves and other shoppers observe and report is one of those funny as hell comedies with some strange ideas and some very dirty humor observe and report is kinda considered paul blart mall cop you all know the nice mall cop from that film right the family friendly mall cop film which was sucessful observe and report is like that film but the opposite of the family friendly atmosphere not considered a type of usual family film but observe and report is a very funny ass film with a great idea even though supposedlly a rip off of the sucessful mall cop film well it is not a rip off it is a great film highly recommended when the film had opened on april 10th 2009 (easter weekend) when families and people gathered to visit realtives for easter etc the film had opened at #4 because of the film hannah montana:the movie but observe and report is overall a great comedy that does not stop the humor a great crude but funny comedy highly recommended.
