Observe and Report is a fascinating and magnificent character study, in addition to being a superb satire of American culture. Hear me out. Observe and Report moves at a rapid quick pace and, while an astounding Seth Rogen lays down his own sense of authority in the saddest, funniest and foremost character of his career, the raunchy comedy and completely black humor knock you on your ass.
Jody Hill can do no wrong.
