Don't know if it should have been even darker than it was; I laughed at some bits. But there is only so much humor you can get from bi-polar disorder and a drunken mother. The edge might be a little too rough, but I admire it for trying.
Making the two women in the movie polar opposites (drunken one-night stand vs. born-again virgin) seemed very cliche.
