Pretty much equal in terms of quality as the first; nothing better, nothing worse. Some jokes are rehashed, but if you haven't seen number one, you don't really notice. There were a few new things.
The serenade with the mariachi band was funny. I could stand watching 1 or 2, but both movies seem a little redundant.
