Review of Nowhere Boy (2009) by Anna R — 02 Oct 2011
Very well done, although I felt it was very short. I don't know if I wanted them to elaborate more on his teenage years or go into more detail of his earlier childhood, but nevertheless it was still great! I loved the strong color usage (there always seemed to be a vibrant red present) and feeling of the 50s era.
On a sidenote, the guy who sold us this movie (after many months of searching!) warned us of 2 offputting, strange parts. The movie ended, and I was thinking, "which parts was he talking about?" I guess I've been desensitized...
