Review of Notting Hill (1999) by Barbara C — 11 Jan 2015
The self-depricating British humor is always funny to me. There's enough of that in this film to satisfy any good anglophile. It also works as a romantic comedy and this is a genre I typically ignore.
Add in that I've been a frequent visitor to Notting Hill and it's easy to see why I'm biased. Remember when Roberts and Grant could create good chemistry with anyone?
