Review of Notes on a Scandal (2006) by James V — 06 Mar 2009
At times I didn't care for the narration, and I also wished it had been a bit more subtle, but overall I thought it was a fascinating and disturbing film. Both lead characters are complex and well-crafted and the storyline felt new and unpredictable.
Bill Nighy was heartbreaking as Cate's husband.
