Review of Notes on a Scandal (2006) by Veronica T — 07 Feb 2009

Very loosely based on an illegal affair that took place in America, although the movie has it set in England. Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett were excellent, perhaps deserving of oscars. Truly, the story if you think about it is the sort of thing you'd see on Lifetime movies, but unlike any lifetime movie the acting was great and the dialogue superbly written.
