Review of Nosferatu the Vampyre (1979) by Edward W — 28 Jun 2011
Another great performance from Kinski and a very different take on the story of Count Drakula, here more of a pathetic character than a destructive one (though he certainly dabbles in much destruction).
Dark and creepy, Herzog's second outing with Kinski is more premeditated than Aguirre and occasionally suffers for it - but for the most part, is just as enjoyable.
