Review of Nosferatu the Vampyre (1979) by Kinch K — 20 Feb 2016
Watching this again after several years I was much less taken with it... Some incredible shots and moments of real creepy horror, not to mention surreal apocalyptic weirdness. But overall felt very patchy, some crappy dialogue, very roughly drawn shallow characters... No real payoff emotionally at the end.
Not one of Herzog's best.
