Review of Nosferatu (1922) by Niall P — 13 Jul 2010
I can appreciate this film for numerous reasons: it's one of the trailblazers of not only great horror films, but great films in general, it's moderately effective still to this day, and Max Schreck's Dracula performance itself makes the film entirely worthwhile.
However, it's silly at least at a few points, not true enough to the Dracula story, and I was lost several times by its shoddy story structuring. It's worth seeing at least once, but I'm not sure I'll give this one another go.
