Review of Nosferatu (1922) by Brett B — 28 Sep 2010
Fuck contemporary vampires and their shallow, simple minded fanbase of attention seeking whore-women; when I think "vampire", I think Max FUCKING Schreck! The earlier scenes which establish Nosferatu in his castle house some of the most nightmare inducing imagery I've ever seen- from Schreck's subtle, yet horrifying, portrayal of the vampire, to the wonderfully haunting exterior shots of the castle, to the claustrophobic and atmospheric interior shots of the castle's hallways.
.. classic, man. Fucking classic.
