A visually stunning film. The scenery, art direction, cinematography and framing are just beautiful. Film is a visual medium and this film relishes in it. Unfortunately though I didn't find my self connecting with the characters enough and one character in particular (Midori) I found incredibly annoying.
That along with some scenes I found unnecessary or slightly too long effected my overall enjoyment of a film I was really looking forward too.
