Review of North by Northwest (1959) by Cyrus W — 12 Nov 2013
To me, North By Northwest is one of Hitchcock's more overrated pieces. Albeit a very entertaining film, with iconic scenes and such, the movie starts out gripping and intelligent, and manages to stay that way for the majority of the film.
But as you get towards the end of the film, the whole thing lost me and I wasn't as attached to it as I was in the beginning.
