This is a very demanding film. Indeed, you dont really get what's going on until halfway through, and even then, it's still very very slow. But if you accept this, this movie is a little gem. It deals with very strong themes such as loneliness and family, but in an awkward way.
.. as you would expect from Sion Sono.
