This is the type of movie that reminds me why I love movies. Three story lines, all very much related, telling very much the same story, wonderfully told, exquisitely performed with striking visuals and a strong grasp of how to use cinema to get an audience closer to understanding themselves.

Shannon is, as always, a stand out and I expect to see him a lot during the awards season.
