A hauntingly beautiful film with powerful.
Performances from Jake gyllenhall and Amy Adams. Directed perfectly with finesse by Tom Ford. One of the best films of the year. Hard to watch at times but necessary and shows the ugliness of life without sugar coating it. Gyllenhalls portrayal of the weak sensitive man unable to save his family or marriage in this story within the story is so well acted and empathic psychologically thrilling and powerful stirs with the audience long after the end credits roll.
