Its a movie that will pull you in many directions. I highly value free speech but at the same time its hard to sympathize with Gawker. The Hogan trial was funded by someone with deep pockets that wanted to destroy Gawker Media.

Now, do you remove the ability to fund trials? There is some issues with the legal system where the deeper pockets have an advantage. I don't think so because I can envision a different scenario where freedom is defended like in net neutrality etc.
