Review of Nobody Knows (2004) by Annelies S — 13 Nov 2007
This is a very long Japanese movie, the main part of it is quite boring because you see the daily life of four children and their mother. Later on four children without mother. Most of us are used to some kind of action and to see this movie is all but action.
However... it is far from a bad movie. At the end there is tragedy, loads of it. So keep watching because your heart will nevertheless be touched. And maybe not only at the end. Because during the entire movie there is hidden beauty.
Good camera work as well... many close-ups.
See it, it's different!
